St. Paul’s welcomes families of all kinds into a vibrant and diverse community of faith. Children, youth, and families are encouraged to participate in our numerous and varied opportunities for worship, education, service, and fellowship.
Sunday Worship
The Holy Eucharist at 9 a.m. on Sundays is a relaxed, engaging church service designed specifically to be accessible to adults and children of all ages and those new to church. We follow The Book of Common Prayer and children, youth and families are encouraged to share in the leadership of the service as readers, acolytes, choir members, and ushers.
We welcome people of every age to worship together! Read more about Children in Church and about St. Paul’s worship services.
Sunday Morning Christian Formation
St. Paul’s provides a caring and safe environment to explore the traditions and teachings of the Episcopal Church and to embrace the questions that come with the lifelong process of honest, faith-filled wondering and growth in Christ.
Sunday morning classes for all ages are available from 10 to 11 a.m.
Children in Preschool through Grade 3 participate in the Godly Play program.
Children in Grades 4-6 are welcome in Workshop Adventures and Total Chaos.
Youth in Grades 7-12 participate in our Journey to Adulthood youth ministry program.
Each week, Adult Forum programs explore topics on our yearly theme and current issues, seeking to connect our beliefs with our experience.
If you have any questions, contact Lauren Dockery, Director of Children’s and Youth Ministries.
All clergy, staff members and volunteers who work with children and youth at St. Paul’s are trained in Safeguarding God’s Children, a child abuse awareness and prevention education program offered through the Church Pension Group of the Episcopal Church.
