October 10, 10:00 am to 11:00 am
An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Sunday, repeating until Sunday, October 31, 2021
We’ll gather for conversation with clergy and lay leaders who have been instrumental in assessing our needs and charting the course for the future, and we will introduce: “Seeking, Serving, Loving, Together.” Just as this identity is multi-faceted, so are its four elements. Each will be explored on
successive Sundays through the lenses of the classic Anglican sources of self-understanding: scripture, reason, and tradition.
“Scripture” Sundays will consider the biblical roots of our identity. “Tradition” Sundays will be dialogues on the theological traditions of our identity and how they have been lived out at St. Paul’s and beyond. “Reason” Sundays will hand the mic, so to speak, to everyone in the room in the form
of roundtable discussions, giving all gathered the chance to discuss and reflect upon the topic of the day.
In keeping with St. Paul’s custom, we will take a break from our program year theme during Advent and Lent for forum offerings specific to those liturgical seasons. Look for announcements about those in the months ahead.
